Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in yesterday’s homicide on North 29th Street as Albert Christian, 33, of Richmond.
At approximately 7:48 p.m., Richmond Police Department officers were called to VCU Medical Center for the report of an adult male, Christian, who had arrived at the hospital suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He succumbed to his injury at the hospital.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
Detectives have determined the shooting occurred in the 2100 block of North 29th Street.
