Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in the homicide that occurred Friday evening in the 700 block of East Gladstone Avenue as Tameeka Ann Boone, 36, of Richmond.
At approximately 11:55 p.m., Friday, September 2, Richmond Police officers responded to the report of random gunfire in the 700 block of East Gladstone Avenue. Officers located an adult female, Boone, with a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead on scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
