The Richmond Police Department is looking for Andre Russell Harvin, 51, of 5500 Euclid Ave. Harvin is wanted for the murder of Jameal Smith late last night.
Richmond Police were called to a residence at 5500 Euclid Ave. around 11:25 p.m. Thursday, May 27, for a person shot. Officers found Smith, 18, of the 200 block of West Baker Street, deceased from gunshot wounds.
Harvin is a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds. He was last seen driving a green Toyota Rav4 with license plate ZL8160.
Anyone with information about Harvin’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
