Richmond Police have identified the man killed in a vehicle crash early Sunday morning on Warwick Avenue as Jorge Ernesto Garcia, 24, of the 2200 block of Chateau Drive.
Garcia died at the scene of a single-vehicle accident at approximately 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the 5000 block of Warwick Avenue near Alaska drive.
Investigators believe speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
Though investigators have identified Garcia and one of the other men, the Department needs the public’s help in identifying the third man since little identification was found at the scene.
