The
Richmond Police Department has identified the male who died as a result of
Monday’s shooting in the city’s Northside as Drequan X. Trice, 18, of the
600 block of S. Harrison Street.
At
approximately 11:54 a.m., officers responded to the 1400 block of
Chestnut Street for the report of a shooting. When police arrived,
they found Trice suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken
to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
