Richmond Police
detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify the man in the attached
photo who is wanted for identity fraud.
In March of 2018,
an unknown man rented an apartment in Shockoe Bottom under an alias. The
suspect owed over $7,000 to the complex after he was evicted in September 2018.

with information about the identity of this man is asked to call First
