The
Richmond Police Department has identified the victim of yesterday’s death
investigation on South 9th Street as David M. Andrews, 45, of
Hampton, VA.
At
approximately 12:06 p.m., officers responded to the Manchester Bridge
for the report of a person down underneath the bridge. Andrews was
pronounced dead at the scene.
The
Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death. No foul
play is expected at this time.
