The
Richmond Police Department, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshal’s Regional
Fugitive Task Force, made two arrests yesterday related to the homicide on
Larne Avenue earlier this month.
Detectives
and marshals arrested Barry M. Dixon, 28, of the 3700 block of Peyton
Avenue in Richmond and Christopher E. Lassenberry, 29, of the 700 block
of Chinaberry Drive, Chesterfield and charged them in connection with the
homicide. Their photos are attached.
At
approximately 12:39 a.m. on Thursday, January 18, police responded to the 200
block of Larne Avenue for a report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found
Thomas E. Bradley, 24, of the 1300 block of Courthouse Road,
Chesterfield, with an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local
hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
