The Richmond Police Department has identified the
victim in this weekend’s death
investigation in the Hioaks neighborhood as Aaron L. Cosby, 25, of the 1300 block of Coalter Street.
At around 9:16 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 20, officers received a call for a person down in the 300 block of Grey Birch Drive. When police arrived, they located Cosby who was found dead at the scene. The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
Police are in the early stages of the investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available
