The Richmond Police Department has arrested Domencio
A. Singletary, 23, of the 700 block of East 18th Street, on
charges related to a November homicide on Broad Rock Boulevard.
Singletary was arrested in December and charged with malicious
wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of the felony. He
was indicted last week for first degree murder and use of a firearm
in the commission of a felony.
Shortly before 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 21, police were called to the 2800 block of Broad Rock Boulevard for a report of a person shot. When officers arrived, they located Devon C. Falconer, 26, of the 5000 block of Snead Road, inside a vehicle who was suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

a second victim, an adult male, arrived at a local hospital with a non-life
threatening gunshot wound. Detectives have determined the two incidents are
related.
