Two suspects in the homicide that happened on Stuart Avenue last month are now facing additional charges.

Andrews, 41, of the
8200 block of Elswick Drive, Henrico and Donnell A. Young, 38, of
the 3400 block of Maury Street have both been charged with first-degree
murder in connection to the death of Charles P. Smith. Their
booking photos are attached.
With the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive
Task Force, the suspects were arrested on May 23 and initially charged with grand larceny of an automobile,
conspiracy to commit robbery, and robbery.
Smith was found
dead inside a residence in the 2000 block of Stuart Avenue on May 7,
after officers responded to a call for a welfare check.
