Arrest Made in Hull Street Shooting Thanks to Tips from Citizens

The Richmond Police Department has made an arrest in a shooting that occurred last week on the city’s south side.

Carlos D. Horne, 37, of the 2900 block of Hull Street was taken into custody yesterday by the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force.

At approximately 10:02 p.m., Tuesday, May 28th, an RPD sergeant heard gunfire in the 3000 block of Hull Street. Once on the scene, he located an adult male who had been shot. The male was transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Horne has been charged with:
1.     Attempted Murder,
2.     Use of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony
