Suspect Identified, Reward Offered in Homicide Hit and Run Investigation

The United States Marshals Service is now offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect in the homicide and hit and run earlier this week.

Shiauna M. Harris, 21
, is known to frequent the areas of Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond and Emporia, Virginia. Her photos are attached. At approximately 1: 55 a.m. on Wednesday, detectives believe Harris was operating the vehicle that struck four persons along East Main Street in Shockoe Bottom, killing one.

Department detectives and the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force are now asking the public to provide information on Harris’ whereabouts.
