The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Terry L. Higgins. His photo is attached.
Higgins,
59, was last seen yesterday at his residence in the 3800 block of Chamberlayne
Avenue. He has difficulty communicating and is believed to be endangered.
Higgins is described as a white male with gray hair and brown eyes, 5-foot, 8-inches tall, weighing approximately 232 pounds. He was wearing a blue T-shirt and gray sweatpants when he was last seen.
Anyone
who sees Terry Higgins or has information on his whereabouts is asked to call
911 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers
at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime
Stoppers methods are anonymous.
