Richmond Police detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred this evening in Mosby Court.
At approximately 5:29 p.m., RPD officers were called to the
1900 block of Raven Street for a report of a shooting. They quickly located a
man who had been shot lying on the ground outside one of the residences.
He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced
dead at 6:17 p.m.
His identity will be released once next of kin have been
notified.
