Richmond Police
detectives have arrested a substitute Richmond Public Schools teacher and
charged him with sexual battery of underage students under the age of 12.
Vance
Chisolm, 44, of the 2900 block of Ralph Boulevard, Henrico, has been charged with four counts of
sexual battery involving a juvenile.
The Richmond
Police Department has arrested Chisolm who was taken into custody without
incident yesterday.RPD detectives are investigating whether there may be additional victims.
