Missing Person – Elias Khoury

The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing person.

 Elias Khoury, 22, of the 1700 block of E. Main Street was last seen on Monday, August 27^th when he left his apartment on foot.

Khoury is described as a white male, 5’ 9”, 170 pounds with curly brown hair and a short beard, brown eyes, and an olive complexion. He has a scar on his neck.
