Sunday, October 9, 2022, at approximately 3:07 a.m., Richmond Police officers responded to the report of a person shot in the 1900 block of Q Street. Officers located an adult male with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on scene. Richmond Police detectives are actively investigating the incident.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
