Richmond Police Department detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in the attached photos who committed an armed robbery earlier this week.
On Monday at approximately 9:50 a.m., officers were called to a business in the 3600 block of Richmond Highway for a report of a commercial robbery. Officers arrived and took a report of an adult female, shown in the images captured by a security camera, who attempted to walk out of the shop without paying for items. When questioned by an employee, the suspect brandished a knife and threatened the employee before leaving the area on foot southbound on Richmond Highway.
