Suspects Sought in South Laurel Street Shooting

Richmond Police detectives are asking for the public’s assistance to identify the two individuals in the photos and video who are persons of interest in an assault and shooting that occurred in September on South Laurel Street. 

At approximately 8:09 p.m. on Monday, September 5, officers were called to the 200 block of South Laurel Street for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and found two adult males who were suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. They were transported to a local hospital with injuries that were not considered life threatening. 

Witnesses reported the male in the t-shirt assaulted a female at the scene followed by the male in the white tank top shooting the victims. 

Detectives located video from a nearby business which captured images of the suspects. The video can be found here:
