Friday, October 22, 2022, at 11:09 p.m. RPD officers responded to the 5700 block of Thorndale Lane for the report of a shooting. Once on scene officers located one adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment where he later succumbed to his injuries. Detectives are not looking for any suspects at this time.
Medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
