The
Richmond Police Department is pleased to announce the promotions of 17 officers
to the ranks of major, captain, lieutenant and sergeant at 10 a.m. tomorrow,
November 16 at the Richmond Police Training Academy, 1202 W. Graham Road.
Mayor
Levar Stoney will
join Chief Alfred Durham for the promotion of one new major, two new
captains, four new lieutenants, and 10 new sergeants.
