The U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested a
man in connection to a homicide which occurred in Southwood this morning.
Jose G. Saldanes Villalobos, 27, of the 8900 block of
Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, was charged with abduction and
strangulation felony assault of a Latino female. Further charges are pending.
His photo will be distributed as it becomes available.
At approximately 5:33 a.m., Monday, June 13, police
responded to the 1700 block of Clarkson Road in response to a death
investigation. When police arrived, they located the victim, Juan Carlos
Ramirez-Hernandez, 35, of the 2200 block of Dragonfly Lane, North Chesterfield,
deceased.
