Suspect Sought In Larceny at Segway of Richmond

The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate the suspects who broke into a business in Shockoe Slip last weekend.


At approximately 4:44 a.m. on May 29, officers responded to a report of a break-in at Segway of Richmond, located at 1301 E. Cary Street. Minutes earlier, someone broke the store’s front window and two hoverboards were taken.
Surveillance video shows the two male suspects walking west on East Cary Street away from the store. One suspect is described as a black male who wore a teal T-shirt and white pants at the time of the incident. The second suspect is a black male dressed in all black with a red baseball hat.
