The
Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify and
locate the vehicle and its driver, both of which are
being sought in connection with a sexual assault that occurred last Wednesday.
In the
early morning hours of June 1, officers responded to a local hospital for a
report of a sexual assault that occurred between 1:30 a.m. and 2 a.m. in the
2100 block of Lumkin Avenue.
The
vehicle of interest is believed to be a dark-colored Dodge Durango with a work
ladder on the roof. The suspect is described as a white male who was wearing a
white T-shirt at the time of offense.
