Richmond Police detectives continue to search for the man, in the attached photo, who is suspected of inappropriately touching a female earlier this year.
At approximately 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22, a female in the area of Monument Avenue and Robinson Street reported the male, in the photo, touched her inappropriately before he fled from the scene.
Detectives from Major Crimes were given the attached photo as part of their investigation. Detectives have sent the photo to precinct patrol officers and detectives in an attempt to identify him.
