Suspect Sought in Credit Card Fraud

October 17, 2016
Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the male suspect in the attached photos who is suspected of credit card fraud.

During several instances last month, the man in the photos used credit card numbers fraudulently in restaurants, convenience stores and clothing stores in Richmond’s East End and Shockoe Bottom neighborhood and in the surrounding counties. Detectives believe, since the victim reported he still had the credit card in his possession, that the suspect made a duplicate card.
Detectives ask anyone who can identify this individual to call First Precinct Detective Calvin Layne at (804) 646-0698 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip or submit a tip online at www.7801000.com. All Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
